MIssion Statement


PMR Associates Welding & Fabrication Inc. provides structural welding, metal fabrication, handrail installation, and ULD repair services while creating workforce development opportunities in the skilled trades. Through skills training and mentorship, we support underserved individuals—including students, at-risk youth, and formerly incarcerated persons—in building sustainable careers while promoting community development and economic opportunity.


While our core expertise is general welding and fabrication, we are fully equipped to perform on-site repairs for aluminum ULDs, cargo pallets, nets, and containers when needed — directly from our truck-mobile workshop.
